WSCA's leadership includes two branches: Executive Council and Legislative Assembly. The Legislative Assembly, composed of representives from the Association's various membership groups, is WSCA's principal policy-making body. The Executive Council is the Association's administrative branch, executing policies adopted by the Legislative Assembly. |
